Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, fill in your mobile number or email address, choose a strong password and confirm your details. The whole process takes under three minutes. You must be 18 years or older to open an account on AT77.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Creating duplicate accounts violates AT77's terms and can result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page instead of registering again.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. You will receive a reset link or OTP within a few minutes. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or try the alternative contact method you used during registration.

Deposits & Payments

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. During peak periods — like after a major PSL match — processing can take slightly longer. If your withdrawal is still pending after 24 hours, reach out to support with your request ID.

Common reasons include an incomplete bonus wagering requirement, mismatched account details, or a pending identity verification. Make sure your account information matches your payment method exactly. Bonuses & Promotions

New AT77 members receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The exact percentage and maximum PKR amount are listed on the Promotions page. Bonus funds are added automatically once your deposit clears, so you do not need to enter a code unless one is specified on the promotion details.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet your bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw it as real cash. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 20,000 in bets using that bonus before it converts to withdrawable cash. Sports bets and casino games may contribute differently — full details are in each promotion's terms.

Yes. Most AT77 bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days after the bonus is credited. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this window, the bonus and any winnings from it are removed. Always check the expiry date shown on your active bonus in the promotions tab of your account.
